| Hydraulically operated equipment is not a problem for GTD. This machine uses hydraulics to press bearings and spacers into 2 different parts. The operator manually loads the parts and activates the machine. A light curtain is incorporated for operator safety. Additionally, the press depth is measured using precicion contact sensors and recorded in the PLC as a manufacturing log. |
