Old, worn, or outdated equipment? GTD can recondition it for you. This stock shear is about 40 years old and
was badly worn. GTD stripped it down and remanufactured most of the parts in the machine. Newer bearing ways
were incorporated, updating the technology and improving the longevity of the equipment. The machine has
grease fittings piped to a common lubrication point and a custom made hydraulic cylinder. The machine was
completely rewired and a new motor installed.
This machine takes hand fed round stock and shears it to a preset length. The machine can be operated in manual mode or in semi-automatic mode. |
